Emerald Media is a Pan-Asian company backed by KKR to invest in the fast-growing media and entertainment industries across Asia for which KKR has committed up to $300mn from its KKR Asian Fund II. Emerald Media is led by industry veterans Rajesh Kamat and Paul Aiello, supported by an experienced team of investment and operating executives. Paul and Rajesh together have a combined experience of more than 30 years in the industry and bring a unique blend of operational and investment acumen to their business approach.

Mayfield Fund

Mayfield Fund, a Silicon Valley based investment firm has been investing in India since 2006 and manages a total of $219 million in assets. In February 2014, it raised the second dedicated India fund, Mayfield India II, with over $108 million of committed capital. It invests in passionate founders who aim to build businesses in large markets. The company looks for unique solutions that solve existing industry pain-points and disrupt existing value chains.

Premji Invest

PremjiInvest is the personal investment arm of Shri Azim Premji (Chairman, Wipro), which manages over $2 billion of Azim Premji's personal wealth by investing in capital markets and picking minority stakes in start-ups, including homegrown e-commerce companies. Working quietly since 2006, Premji Invest investment firm has built up positions and funded around 40 publicly listed and private companies out of a corpus of $1 billion (Rs4,290 crore).

Baskar Subramanian
Strategy Investments and R&D

A technology enthusiast, Baskar leads business strategy, investment and research and development at Amagi. Amagi is Baskar's second venture with Srini and Srividhya after Impulsesoft. As Chief Technology Officer at Impulsesoft, a Bluetooth audio solutions provider, he was responsible for designing products and systems. Dividing his time between technology design and business strategy, Baskar ensures Amagi's growth is in line with its vision of revolutionizing TV advertising in India. Baskar has a number of patents to his name and regularly mentors various start-ups and businesses. He holds a Bachelors degree in Technology from the Government College of Technology (GCT), Coimbatore.

Srinivasan KA
Strategy, Business Development and Marketing

One of the leaders driving Amagi's growth story, KA Srinivasan heads business development and marketing for Amagi. Amagi is his second venture with Baskar and Srividhya. The first was Impulsesoft, a Bluetooth audio solutions provider, where Srini was responsible for building the business across the Asia-Pacific region. Started five years ago, Amagi is now India's largest ad network having served over 50 million ad seconds with over 2,300 advertisers leveraging Amagi's platform. Srini's clinical approach and understanding of building sales and marketing organizations has been central to Amagi's rapid growth. Srini holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from Government College of Technology (GCT), Coimbatore.

Srividhya Srinivasan
Technology and Operations

An innovator by nature, Srividhya heads technology and operations for Amagi. Prior to Amagi, Srividhya partnered with Srini and Baskar to establish Impulsesoft. Srividhya is a passionate technologist and leads new product development and engineering at Amagi. A stickler for precision, she is responsible for ensuring that Amagi stays one step ahead of the curve. Srividhya holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Government College of Technology (GCT), Coimbatore.
