Amagi's localization solution is built around its patent-pending "barcoding" technology for identifying content to be replaced on the network feed. The complete localization workflow is managed centrally from the comfort of the TV Network's broadcast station through a secure IP cloud. The workflow is designed to support dynamic schedule and content management of the localized feeds.

System Overview
broad cast technique
Barcode the network content to be replaced locally
Send the local replacement content from broadcast station to the cloud
Replacement content from the cloud is sent to Amagi device at affiliate in country - 2
Play the barcoded network content as part of the network feed
The network content is replaced with local content in country 2

Barcode - one code to rule them all !
Amagi has built its complete workflow based on patent-pending barcode technology.

Barcode, like its use in retail products is an inaudible and invisible watermark on the audio-video content, that is used to uniquely identify any of the content assets on the network feed.

Amagi has built world's first barcode system for audio-video content that can enable identification of specific content asset with 100% confidence, frame-accurate, in the least  duration and with compute complexity that is amenable for implementation even in the lowest-end STB platforms.

All Amagi devices in different geographies are capable of extracting this barcode from network audio-video content and using a sophisticated rule engine to splice local content.

Cloud network - the network that is on 'Cloud 99.99999'
Amagi leverages the cloud network to securely and reliably transmit local content to different geographies. Amagi has built a 'spider-web' modeled a scalable network, for thousands of content insertion devices across geographies to access their local content and schedules.

This network has built-in redundancies, is secure and delivers broadcast-grade content delivery using the latest cloud storage technologies.
