Purpose Statement:

We are looking for Inside Sales representative who will generate more leads and accelerate our sales growth in International Markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outreach to C-level and key executives in the broadcast media and entertainment vertical to secure in-person/telephonic meetings for Amagi field sales team in International markets
  • Research target accounts and pitch appropriate products and solutions to generate interest and demand
  • Work in lock-step with field sales team on sales and account plans, sales strategy, and pipeline creation
  • Own and deliver respective inside sales quota of completed meetings, sales pipeline and closure
  • Set up prospects/client meetings in regard to tradeshows, events and conferences
  • Build and maintain prospect database, and collaborate with contact sourcing team where required

Main Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growing sales in India for CLOUDPORT managed services working with broadcasters and TV operators.

Main Responsibilities:

SALES (New business development):

  • Reach or exceed sales goals
  • Design and implement detailed sales plan to meet sales goals including individual accountmanagement plans
  • Reach out to new customers (TV Networks, broadcasters, content owners and Operators) in the region for sale of company’s products.
  • Pitch company’s products and services to customers
  • Front-end requirements detailing with customers and effectively communicate this to internal teams
  • Debate and detail various technical solution options suitable for a customer working with pre-sales engineer

Amagi provides an end to end cloud infrastructure and Machine Learning solution to help TV Broadcaster launch, operate, monitor and automate their TV Channels. This involves moving of terabytes of media content across geography without compromising its security, scheduling and running programs 247 with and monitoring dozens of playout servers spread across geographies in real time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work across multiple functions in the company to evolve business processes
  • Define interfaces, user experience and complete requirements specifications for the business process

  • Write detailed requirement specs including functional and non-functional aspects of the product

Amagi needs a Test Lead to lead a team of 4 to 8 people responsible for the OTT product lines in Amagi. L2 Support Engineer is a member of the operations team responsible for the implementation of customer solution and maintenance on the Amagi network.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design, Deploy, Monitor and troubleshoot Amagi’s solution for clients’ digital media broadcast needs
  • Design and customize workflow to suit clients’ digital media broadcast needs
  • Deploy digital media broadcasting infrastructure for TV channels
  • Configure, maintain and troubleshoot network setup at remote installations. This includes various IP delivery models of the channel output.
  • Install provision and configure equipment and devices in customer and POP locations.
  • Document and update new and existing implementations, including diagrams, device configurations, rack layouts, etc.
  • Ongoing support post deployments as part of level 2 support which involves interaction with customers, development and test teams for resolution of issues.

Skills required:

  • Bachelor in Engineering, Diploma
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
  • Experience with Linux Administration.
  • Experience in network setup, configuration and troubleshooting is a definite plus.

  • Monitor and Troubleshoot and resolve customer tickets raised against Amagi’s solution for clients’ digital media broadcast needs
  • Track and resolve assigned tickets
  • Interact with the customer (Verbal as well as emails) to understand details and communicate ticket resolution
  • Help L2 in deploying digital media broadcasting infrastructure for TV channels
  • Maintain and troubleshoot network setup at remote installations
  • Interaction with internal teams to understand resolution of tickets

Onboarding manager will be responsible to execute the onboarding of new channels using Amagi solutions. The process involves identifying requirements, planning, identifying risks, coordination with internal and external teams, execution, status reporting and formal handover/closure. Regular communication is required with customers, vendors, partners and internal teams to align on the project goals and risks. Additionally, there is need to setup and continuously improve processes, checklists, documents and other artifacts required for onboarding and regular operations. Beyond onboarding phase, onboarding manager is expected to serve as point of contact with customer for escalation and issue resolution till channel operations are smooth. This involves periodic review over meeting, continuous update on status of major issues and progress of features.

Responsibilities

  • Identify requirements - hardware, infrastructure and software customization
