TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information about
your Amagi FAST Conference 2026, Los Angeles (“LA FAST”) registration.

These terms and conditions apply between the person, firm, company or other entity specified
on your booking form (“you,” “your” or “Attendee”) and Amagi Corporation (“Amagi”), which is
the owner, organizer, operator and/or manager of LA FAST, for attendee and delegate
registrations for LA FAST. By submitting your registration to attend LA FAST, you agree to be
bound by these terms to the exclusion of all other terms. If you do not agree to be bound by
these terms, then Amagi will be unable to accept your registration and you will not be permitted
to attend LA FAST.

Rules and Regulations

Attendee agrees to comply with all rules, regulations, and policies of the venue/facility where LA
FAST is scheduled to be held, and of Amagi, all as may be adopted from time to time and may
be changed without notice.

Substitution and Cancelation Policy

Change or Postponement of LA FAST: Amagi reserves the right to cancel, rename or relocate
LA FAST or change the dates on which it is held.

Force Majeure: If Amagi cancels LA FAST due to a Force Majeure Event (as defined below)
then Attendee shall receive a credit towards the same or similar event equal to the amount paid.
For the purpose of this policy, “Force Majeure Event” means any event or circumstance arising
that is beyond the reasonable control of Amagi (including but not limited to governmental laws,
ordinances, regulations, requisitions, restrictions, guidelines, recommendations or action,
imposition of sanctions, embargo, military action, acts or threats of terrorism or war, mob, civil
commotion or riot, health scares (including without limitation, epidemic and pandemic (e.g.,
COVID-19), whether or not new, ongoing or recurring), fire, acts of God, flood, drought,
earthquake, severe weather, disaster, disruption to transportation, third party contractor/supplier
failure, venue damage or cancelation, industrial dispute, strikes, labor disputes,
interruption/failure of utility service, lack of commodities or supplies, accidents, nuclear,
chemical or biological contamination, speaker or participant cancelation or withdrawal, or any
other comparable calamity or casualty).

Cancelation of LA FAST: If Amagi elects to cancel LA FAST other than due to a Force Majeure
Event, then Amagi shall refund to Attendee its entire fee previously paid, in full satisfaction of all
liabilities of Amagi to Attendee. Attendee agrees that, except as expressly provided in this
paragraph, it shall and hereby does waive any and all claims for damages or compensation
resulting from or relating to the cancelation, postponement, renaming, relocation or rescheduling
of LA FAST. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Amagi may (at its sole discretion)
change the format (including, without limitation, from a physical in-person event to a virtual
event and vice versa), speakers, participants, content, venue location and program or any other
aspect of LA FAST at any time and for any reason, whether or not due to a Force Majeure
Event, in each case without liability.

Cancelation by Attendee: You may cancel your registration at any time. If your cancellation
occurs on or before [date] (the “Cancellation Deadline”), then you will be entitled to receive a
refund of fifty percent (50%) of your registration fees. Unfortunately, Amagi cannot refund any
fees for cancellations that occur after the Cancellation Deadline, or for failure to attend LA
FAST. All cancellations must be submitted to lafast@amagi.com. You acknowledge that the
refund of your fees or portion thereof in accordance with this policy is your sole remedy in
respect of any cancellation of your registration by you and all other liability is expressly
excluded.

Registration Transfer: All approved registrations for LA FAST are strictly personal and non-
transferrable. Registrations are issued solely for the individual named on the registration and
may not be shared, assigned, sold, or otherwise transferred to any other person or entity,
whether within or outside your organization, under any circumstances. You may not purchase
registrations as an agent for any third party, nor may you exploit any registration commercially
or non-commercially in any way. Substitutions with employees from your organization are not
permitted. All registrations remain valid only for the originally registered individual. Any requests
for exceptions must be submitted in writing and are subject to review and approval by Amagi at
its sole discretion.

Event Specific Terms

Participation in LA FAST is open exclusively to broadcast networks, platforms, content owners,
and advertisers. Members of the press are not permitted to attend, except for industry analysts
and technology suppliers who have been expressly pre-approved by Amagi. Approvals for press
attendees are under the sole discretion of Amagi and Amagi reserves the right to refuse entry to
any member of the press for any reason.

All prospective participants must first register online and pay the registration fee, after which
Amagi, at its sole discretion, may approve the registration. Only individuals who receive such
approval will be permitted to attend the event. A registration is deemed confirmed only upon
successful payment and explicit confirmation from Amagi. Attendance at LA FAST is strictly
limited to those whose registrations have been pre-approved and completed in accordance with
this process. Amagi will refund the registration fee of all prospective participants who register
but are not approved for the event.

Amagi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

● Refuse or reject the registration of any person in advance of the event, without the
obligation to provide any reason;
● Deny admission to, eject, or block from LA FAST any person, including (without
limitation) anyone who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or who, in the
opinion of Amagi, represents a security risk, nuisance, or disruption to the event.
● You agree to comply promptly with all reasonable instructions issued by Amagi, the
venue owners, or venue operators at LA FAST.

Photography and Recording at Events

All unauthorized recording or transmitting of audio or visual material is expressly prohibited. You
consent to Amagi undertaking multimedia recording of LA FAST which may include your
participation in LA FAST as a delegate or attendee (the “Content”) and you consent to the use
by Amagi of any such recording anywhere in the world for promotional, marketing and other
purposes. You acknowledge and agree that Amagi is the exclusive owner of all rights in the
Content and hereby waive any and all: (a) rights in and to such Content, and (b) claims that you
may have relating to or arising from the Content or its use. Without limiting the foregoing, you
acknowledge and agree to the use of your contact information to receive messages about
offerings by Amagi, its brands, affiliates and/or third-party partners, consistent with Amagi’s
privacy policy in effect at the time of this registration and which can be accessed by the
following link: https://www.amagi.com/website-privacy-policy/.

Minimum Age Requirement

All attendees must be at least 18 years of age to register and attend LA FAST. Registration of
children/minors under the age of 18 for show badges is against LA FAST policy. Under no
circumstances will anyone under the age of 18 be admitted to LA FAST, even if accompanied
by a parent. Valid identification is required at all times, will be checked and must match name on
badge for admittance to all show and sponsored events.

Other Policies

All seminars and LA FAST activities are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Any workshops, tours, seminars, conference sessions or activities associated with the official
event are subject to change and may require minimum registrations to operate. Should an
activity be canceled due to lack of minimum registration requirements as deemed by Amagi,
appropriate refunds will be made.

You are required to present appropriate required credentials, which may include but is not
limited to an ID proof and/or show badge and/or wristband, for admittance to LA FAST.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without
regard to conflict of laws principles.
