Baskar Subramanian is one of the Promoters, the Managing Director and CEO of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore. Prior to the formation of our Company, he was associated with ImpulseSoft Private Limited as its chief technology officer. He was also associated with Texas Instruments (India) Limited. He has over 23 years of experience in the technology and media sector.  

Arunachalam Srinivasan Karapattu is one of the Promoters, and a Non-Executive Director and President – Global Business of our Group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore. Prior to the formation of our Company, he was associated ImpulseSoft Private Limited as a program manager. He was also associated with SiRF Technologies (India) Private Limited as a senior manager (business development), Integrated Decisions and Systems as a senior engineer (software development) and Texas Instruments (India) Limited as a software design engineer. He has over 23 years of experience in the technology and broadcasting sector.  

Srividhya Srinivasan is one of the Promoters, and Chief Technology Officer of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore. Prior to joining our Company, she was associated with ImpulseSoft Private Limited as its technical marketing officer. She was also associated with Texas Instruments (India) Limited. She has over 23 years of experience in the technology and broadcasting sector.  

Vijay NP is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company since 2023. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai and a master’s degree in business administration from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Amazon Web Services India Private Limited as a senior finance manager and General Electric. He has over a decade and a half of experience in the field of finance.  

N. Prasad is our company’s Chief People Officer. He joined on July 18, 2022. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University.

Prior to joining our company, he was associated with Edifecs Technologies Private Limited, Cleartrip Private Limited, Flipkart Internet Private Limited, and McAfee Software (India) Private Limited, to name a few.

He has over 25 years of experience in the field of human resources.

Rajagopal Govindakrishnan is the Chief Operating Officer of our Company. He joined our Company on October 1, 2021. He holds a master’s degree in computer applications from Gujarat University and has passed the bachelor of science degree from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with SiRF Technology (India) Private Limited, Samsung R&D Institute India – Bangalore Private Limited, Tektronix Engineering Development (India) Limited, Texas Instruments (India) Limited, Zebu Communications Private Limited and Arevuk Advisory Services Private Limited. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of engineering and software.  

Sangeeta Chakraborty is an experienced enterprise software leader with a proven track record of scaling global revenue and customer success organizations across both PLG and SLG models. She has led end-to-end go-to-market teams—including sales, customer marketing, customer success, professional services, support, and operations—managing up to $1.2B in revenue across public and high-growth private companies.

Sangeeta was Miro’s Chief Customer Officer from November 2021 to February 2023 and Chief Revenue Officer from March 2023 to December 2024. During her tenure, the company scaled more than 250,000 customers worldwide while growing its user base to 80+ million. The company was valued at $17.5 billion and ranked #11 on the Forbes Cloud 100 list.

Her prior leadership roles include Okta, Checkr, SymphonyAI, Accela, and VMware. A frequent industry speaker, Sangeeta brings deep expertise across SaaS, AI, financial services, healthcare, govtech, and telecom—driving customer-centric growth strategies that deliver impact at scale.

Sangeeta holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business, at UC Berkeley and a Bachelor of Technology degree, majoring in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, India.

Sangeeta is based out of the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoys hiking, writing and painting in her spare time.

Dan has a cumulative experience of 23 years in the Media & Entertainment industry, having worked in business expansion roles in organizations such as Omneon, Elemental, and eventually Amazon Web Services after it acquired Elemental. He joined Amagi from Signiant where he was its Chief Revenue Officer.

Dan has deep operational knowledge of the cloud-led media technology landscape, extensive industry connections, and experience in driving business transformations through sales and customer functions.

Dan leads global sales for Amagi’s SaaS business. He is a trusted advisor to Amagi’s customers helping them choose the right cloud strategies.

Dan is based out of the San Francisco Bay Area. He is married with three kids. When not working, he enjoys guitar, hiking, basketball, and all sorts of outdoor activities.
