Baskar Subramanian is technologist and serial entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in software products and services industry. After playing a variety of roles since inception of Amagi, Baskar today leads technology and new products innovation at the company. Amagi is Baskar's second venture with Srini and Srividhya after Impulsesoft. As Chief Technology Officer at Impulsesoft, a Bluetooth audio solutions provider, he was responsible for designing products and systems.
Baskar has been instrumental in developing path-defining technologies on cloud broadcast and frame-accurate ad splicing for both TV and OTT. Baskar has a number of patents to his name and regularly mentors various start-ups and businesses. He holds a Bachelors degree in Technology from the Government College of Technology (GCT), Coimbatore.
KA Srinivasan (Srini) is a technology entrepreneur with two decades of experience in building innovative products and solutions, and taking them to global markets. Srini has led Amagi to be one of the fastest growing cloud-broadcast company in the world. Before Amagi, Srini co-founded Impulsesoft, which went on to become a market leader in wireless audio, and was later acquired by semi-conductor major SiRF. At Amagi, Srini heads Americas region, responsible for revenue growth, customer engagement, and regional operations. In his earlier roles, Srini led Amagi’s geo-targeted TV advertising division in India, which eventually became one of the largest ad network selling over a million ad secs per month. As this business transitioned into a technology licensing model, Srini took reigns of the media technology business to grow the business in global markets.
As an established OTT and cloud technology evangelist, Srini regularly speaks in marquee broadcast events about how cloud can reinvent video entertainment and advertising. He holds a Bachelors degree in Technology from the Government College of Technology (GCT), Coimbatore.
Srividhya Srinivasan is an engineer by training and entrepreneur by passion with nearly two decades of experience in solving complex application engineering problems through world-class product innovation. Vidhya has performed varied roles at different phases of Amagi growth covering product engineering, customer delivery and solution development. Today, as the leader for presales, customer solutions and onboarding, Vidhya plays the critical role of advising global clients on suitable cloud deployment architecture, designing custom solutions, and ensuring that clients transition to cloud broadcast model smoothly.
Prior to Amagi, Srividhya co-founded Implusesoft, a company focused on bluetooth wireless technology products, which was later acquired by SiRF Technology, Inc, a pioneer in commercial use of GPS technology for consumer applications. Srividhya started her career at Texas Instruments as a software engineer, after graduating from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore, India. She regularly speaks at industry events, and is based in Bangalore where Amagi's innovation and operations center is located.
